Our Queen Street and Union Street – two main offices in Auckland CBD provide friendly, personalized, and reliable services to our property owners and tenants with affordable expenses which you can trust.

We are a REINZ-accredited, full-service agency in the Auckland Property Management industry that gives you free peace of mind to manage your properties. Our property managers are reputable property professionals with more than ten years of residential property management and sales experience in the Real Estate industry. We conduct under the rules and codes of REINZ and operate a trust account for all rental transactions.

Our company is focused on servicing the needs of investors who wish to rent their properties and tenants who are looking for a home to rent. We understand the Auckland rental market and aim to use our skills and experience to serve all our valued customers and offer all aspects of property management service. We have a good understanding of the Residential Tenancy Act and can give our clients practical advice on Auckland property investment.

We also have a good knowledge of Body Corporate Management and specialize in “Building Management”. We manage many quality apartment buildings in Auckland City and surrounding suburbs.

Our Story

Stephen Zhao boasts more than 20 years of expertise in the “Building and Property Management industry” in Auckland. He is a founding member and the Managing Director of Auckland City-Living Management. Prior to entering the Real Estate industry in 2005, Stephen had a background in the Banking industry.

In 2011, our initial office was inaugurated at 11 Union Street. Subsequently, our Head office relocated to Sugar Tree Retail at 27 Union Street in June 2015. Committed to providing unparalleled services to our clients, a new office at shop 19, 396 Queen Street has been operational since April 2018, extending a warm welcome to our clients.
